With the health care system changing and health insurance carriers becoming stricter about coverage, imaging professionals (like other people) are concerned with their own health care services. Do you think your health insurance carrier has a right to know your health history and present conditions if they involve a communicable disease or drug history? Should you be able to expect privileged communication between you and your physician?

The HIPPA states that any sort of infectious diseases or communicable or drug history has to be known or reported to them because it is a social responsibility to prevent and alarm th public about any outbreak of infectious disease and the government taking necessary action if there is any drug history.This has to be done with maintaining .This helps to remove the source.

The communication between the physician and the client has to be priveleged in the coverage but due to the raising cost
