Why do you feel this is important to the project?

Answers

1st part:-

For effective scope management, it needs to ensure all the work defined required in the project gets completed successfully. It is basically consisting of five important components those are scope project management planning, collecting requirements, scope defining, prepare breakdown structure, scope validation, and scope control. It is the ultimate requirement in the scope management to define the work that is required in the project and making sure only that work in the project should be done.

For effective scope management, it needs to ensure that proper identification and controlling of areas that are or are not included in the project. By formulating all components of scope management, it will have an advantageous factor for establishing correct scope management to further obtain the desired outcome.

2nd part:-

Scope management is important to the project because to fulfill requirements of the project it needs to have the proper identification to enhance the correct delivery.

Once the identification is made to fulfill the necessities of the project, the chances of effective delivery of work can be expected at the point of completion. Therefore, in the scope management, the functions like planning, effective organizing, correct staffing, directing, and controlling makes the project to attain the height of success. This is the reason it is felt that scope management in the project is important to obtain an effective outcome.
