Measles Direct contact with droplets, Airborne is less frequent Rashes on face neck, that proceeds all over. Small blue-white spots with red base (Koplik spots) near the molars on the buccal mucosa appear 2 days before appearance of rash. Later exanthem appears and a deep red macular rash on the face and neck proceeds towards the trunk and extremities.
Rubella Airborne, Direct contact with droplets Pink macules (rash) and papules Rash first appears on face and then proceeds towards the extremities
Wart Direct contact Cauliflower-like rough, scaly, dome-shaped growths common on hands and feet. Smooth flat-topped yellow brown papules are common in children but absent in adults
