Answer: Antibiotics destroys or weakens harmful microorganisms used to treat bacterial sickness.

Vaccine and immunization decrease the no.of bacteria without harming humans and animals.

Viable count of the bacteria give the information that our method effectively decreasing the numbers of this potentially harmful bacteria.

As the total count determines the count of all cells both dead and alive while viable count estimate the number of viable or live cells only capable of growing into distinct colonies.
