Research examples for informal observation would be :-

1. To understand children’s behaviour towards children they don’t know . The researcher can simply sit in a playground and observe children playing . He can send his own child as THE STRANGER CHILD and see how the children react .

To study consumer behaviour by directly observing them in a shop where they buy stuff.
