Maximum speed of skateboarder in halfpipe

"The rider startsfrom rest at location Circle 1 at the edge of the in-ramp and goes down the transition. Typically, as the rider approaches the flat at location Circle 2 he willcrouch down to get his center of mass as low as possible and thus increase his speed. To simplify the problem, let us initially assume that the rider stays uprightas he goes down so that his center of mass location relative to his feet does not change from what it was at location Circle 1. In the following problems, you canuse the foot as the unit length instead of meters. Note: g = 32 ft/s2."

This is all of the information given. I'm stuck on the very first part:

"(a) Estimate the maximum speed a rider might have at location ."

Since the answer should be quantitative, I feel like there should be more variables given; I cannot for the life of me figure out how to approach this! Any help ismuch appreciated.
