How does this nurse collaborate and communicate with other health care professionals? How does the nurse deal with frustrations and stressors on the job and demonstrate healthy coping behaviors?   • Planning : Arrangement of articles. Preparation for delivery. Timing for delivery, arrangement if caesarian or bleeding occur.
  • Implementation :Episiotomy at correct time.

    Delivered the baby and placent.provide immediate care of newborn. Reassure the mother as mother became more tensed and fatigue.

  • Evaluation : It can be assessed by healthy baby and more.

5. The nurse must collaborate with other health care especially obstetrician if delivery not progress normally, if caesarian needed. Then need a pediatrician for monitoring baby and immediate care when distress occur. Need help from blood bank if bleeding occur.

Lab technicians is essential to give lab results.
