CULTURE : Culture is defined as a group of people with different ways of life which is passed to next generations. Culture should include beliefs, values, knowledge, morals present in a society.

FOREIGN CULTURE :

One of the form of foreign culture is eating of brown bread, salads, pastas, etc as their regular life style practices. When compared to other countries like India foreigners culture is different in terms food, clothing, language and all. While coming for the eating habits Indians cannot go for the foreign food habits and foreigners cannot adopt Indian food habits because both the cultures are different. Rice is the basic staple available in India which is a major proportion of horticulture where people depends on it.

On the other hand foreigners diet include oily and fatty diets which are not healthier for the body. In this two cultures due to differentiation of food habits the impact on health is shown. The health care interventions used for health care practices includes: Encourage the diet which is easily digestible, free of fats, meets the nutritive states of body, prevents obesity exercises, die modifications can make a healthy life style practices.
