Eukaryotes have very complex structures while prokaryotes have simple ones. in prokaryotes , Membrane bound nucleus is absent while eukaryotes have . DNAin bacteria is circular form called as plasmid, while in eukaryotes its packed in supercoiled structure , namely chromosome. The cell wall of prokaryotesi.e. bacteria's cell wall contains peptidoglycan in it while eukaryotes do not.

The various organelles of eukaryotes are enclosed in proper membranes butin prokaryotes they are not. These are some main difference in eukaryotes and prokaryotes structurally..
