#. On asking Nurse N about the specific time when she deal with a serious ethical dilemma is during triaging . As according to the triage , we provide care to the priority ones . But according to the ethics we should treat everyone equally . This is the situation where nurse N becomes in dilemma about what to do .

#.

The type of person , the ethical issue was concerning of :

a) Patient

#. The ethical principle being violated was justice and equality because in cases where two patients come together with history of accident in the emergency let's consider one is young and the other is in late 60s then priority is given to the young one and the other one is waited .

#. The issue is still unresolved because it is a practical issue ,from the perspective of triage and priority what we are doing is right but ethically it's not right and most of the time we should be practical to work in such a rashed emergency department so that people can get treatment .
