Answers

Ans 1. The last time i was in the state of flow was when i was reading a novel. The novel and its characters kept me involved and challenged my thoughts at the same time that i completed the book on the same day.The book kept me engaged for a long time even after i reading finished the book. I felt some kind of mental stimulation which provoked me to think how uncertain and unpredictable life is and how much we as human beings take our lives for granted.

Ans 2. Yes, when i began dancing after so many years, i felt in tune with the music and that the time has stopped for a while to let me dance my heart out as if no one is watching.

Ans3. Utilising our predominant character strengths can lead to increased engagement and moments of flow because we can totally get absorbed in the activities we enjoy which not only helps in the productive use of our leisure time but also helps in polishing our skills and talents and maximising our potential to be fully happy.

If I were to make a routine task in a boredom situation,i would begin by first some exercising which gives me equal happiness and energy to be active all the time. Then,i would read some novel or a book. After taking rest, i would engage myself in some photgraphy of the nature by clicking pictures of the different types of flowers that i have in my garden. Then, finally i would experiment on making a new dish as i love experimenting with food and different cuisines.
