Draw a vector force!! will rate!! please help

Can someone please help mefind the normal force will rate any help appreciated
I thought the normal force would be in the opposite direction ofthe downward force but I was told The normal force vector you havedrawn does not balanceF_d_vec. The femur would move in theverticaldirection

The friction force will point in a direction tooppose this rotation.Draw vectors indicating the normal forcen_vec (magnitude anddirection) and the frictional forcef_f_vec (direction only) acting on the femur head at pointA.

Assume that the weight of the femur isnegligible compared to the applied downward force.

The normal force is the force perpindicular to the surface ofcontact. In this case the normal force will be pointingupwards opposing the Force causedby d.

It is the opposite direction of the F(d) so from the black dot, Normal force goes up you are getting it wrong probably because your magnitude is off,since you have to balance the F(d) in length. so make sure your normal force is exactly or close to as possible to F(d)
