Yes in my opinion pay for performance or value-based purchasing (VBP) is a good idea for healthcare beacuse most of the physicians & hospitals if are paid towards the quality offered in terms of health care, it will promote them to deliver the best possible care to the patients and thus we can assure the improvement of the quality of care. To achieve this they will link themselves with other healthcare professionals and organizations to work in collaboration to provider the best available healthcare facility and thus it will be good idea for healthcare system.
