Good software for project management would have all aspects of the business while should be able to make the difference like planning, scheduling, tracking, people’s movement plans, reporting, budget control, time tracking, and thus billing and promotions would be part of it. Hence the elements of good software of the project would have the needful for the project management course. Thus the software should be able to have the following:

• Compatibility with the business software where the project software shall override as the new process for the project with its resources,

• The software should be able to pick up all locations of the project at the real-time with the information being put in a codified form for each incoming or outgoing resources

• The inter-business communication compatibility and team communications flourish to keep a good tag of the people and the processes,

• The bob track can be verified with the planned process and its map with the current state of work to find the deviations if any to be on track again,

• Make the needful reports and information sharing in the project teams to make the project successfully get over.
