PUD (Peptic ulcer disease) and gastritis because the cause of these diseases seems to be our lifestyle such as;

  • smoking
  • eating large meals
  • Sleep shortly after eating
  • Eating deep-fried or spicy foods
  • drinking beverages, such as soda, coffee, or alcohol
  • use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), like the aspirin or ibuprofen

The diagnosis and treatment vary based on behavior as the treatment may be a simple recommendation to change the lifestyle or stop the intake of (NSAIDS).
