Creating a healing environment what positive impact it has on health services administration?

Question:

creating a healing environment what positive impact it has on health services administration?

Answers

A healing environment that is optimal in a healthcare system is designed and created to support and stimulate the innate ability of patients and families, and their healthcare providers. An optimal healing environment (OHE) is created keeping in mind the fact that it is the most desirable one for any healthcare services administration and system, which is also advantageous for both patients and providers. An OHE, a conceptual organizing framework, should be based on 8 concepts included in 4 environments to provide orientation to patients and their families, care providers, and healthcare organizations to maximize the healing potential. Internal, interpersonal, behavioral, and external are the 4 environments. Each environment includes 2 concepts, and all these work synergistically to stimulate and support salutogenesis.

Internal environment includes healing intention and personal wholeness concepts, interpersonal environment includes healing relationships and healing organizations' concepts, behavioral environment includes healthy lifestyles and integrative care concepts, and external environment includes healing spaces and ecological resilience concepts. All these together makes healing as important as curing. Paying attention to 8 concepts in the four environments in the OHE framework ensures a person-centered, holistic approach to healing and health creation and directs to professional fulfillment and happiness of health services administration and other related professionals.
