Research has shown that (23)an average student remembers about 50 percent of a ten-minute lecture when tested (24)immediately; and 25 percent of the same lecture when tested 48 hours later. These poor (25)results have occured when students were unable to package the (26)instructors idea's into easily remembered units. In the classroom, you are a captive audience for the (27)duration of the lecture.
