1.I strongly agree with this proposion to increase the legal he to 21 to but the tobacco.
But it does not mean that they will stop buying it.They may steal or purchase from people who are able to sell it to higher price.This proposition is good but awareness should be given to peple from young age explaining the problems they may have if they use tobacco products.Tobacco arises cancer,heart problems and COPD deaths.
The younger generation should be educated aganist tobacco consumption.And the legal punishment should be severe if the people purchase the tobacco when they are not over 21.
