1.This patient pulse rate is fast ie the patient is having Sinus tachycardia A pulse rate more than 100b/mt.other possibilities are anaemia, an underlying infection, elevated thyroid hormone or reaction to medication.
BP is low and thus condition is referred to as hypotension.. It could be due to heart problems, endocrine disorders or due to nutrient deficiency.
2 in the case of 2year old pulse rate is normal. I. e 90-152b/mt.Respiration is 20-40b/mt.
3The patient is having stage1 hypertension ,since BP is higher than 120/80mm Hg. It could be due to ageing, stress, genetics, too much salt ,chronic kidney disease and thyroud disorders.
Pulse rate is low.
The patient is having bradycardia. Untreated bradycardia result in heart failure and even cardiac arrest.
4Thd patient is having rapid respiration, he might be having tachypnea and pulse rate is also rapid. But we cannot say he is having elevated temperature. Since the normal temperature is between 97.8F and 99.1F.It could be indicative of a an infection or as a preceding sign for the occurence of fever.
