Maternal injury objective data: increased blood glucose level more than 200mg/dl FBS.

The differential diagnosis are:

* risk for altered nutrition less than body requirement

Intervention

* assess and record the 24hrs diet plan with the calorie intake.

* assessing the understanding of stress on the diabetes. Teach patient about stress mangamement and relaxation therapy.

Observe for any nausea or vomiting continued from 1st trimester

* provide information if there is changes in the dietary pattern
