Question:

1. a, Explain three (3) main reasons why a practice will pursue a patient survey?

1. b, Before you perform a patient satisfaction survey, what must you determine first?

Answers

three main reasons are

1.Make your experience with the patient better.

the relationtionship we build with our patient is the quality of our practice.collecting patients feedback is very important with the help of feedback we should know what do we have to improve in our services.patient experince feedback will tell us about the quality has to improve and how we are going.

2.Increase patients attention.

by this reason we can retain our patient for a long time .now a days it is very tough competition so we have to be very careful about our services towards the patient so how can we improve our services according to their patient ?so there is only one important thing which tell us about negative and positve effects of our relation with the patients is FEEDBACK. Feedback can have through the survey.that tell us which thing has to improve so immediately we look after the problem  according to the patient survey that can lead increase patients retaintion with us.

3. Receive more patients:
survey make us change or improve services that will affect patient negative effect into positive effect
patients satisfaction will lead to increase in patient because they will refer to other friends and families members.patients satisfaction is very important in the marketing for successful business.

answer b. the first thing i have to determine is all the necessary things are ready

- Inform all the team members and colleagues about survey.

-The first thing we have to look is quality of services which we are providing to the patient is this enough for them or not

-Discuss related problem of patients to the colleagues.

-Improve quality so you can get positive feedback

-Tell them how i am going to solve the problems through feedback

-Before starting the survey we have to watch about the patients condition improving or not and increase attention as per patients need.

- How much money we can spent on survey which method can be less expensive.
