WRITE an essay explaining how rejection can make a person stronger.

1 answer
Question:

WRITE an essay explaining how rejection can make a person stronger.

Answers

Answer:People do not grow stronger when everything is working for them, but when they are forced to cope with the unexpected or the undesirable. In this way, rejection helps us by showing us just how strong, resourceful, and capable we really are when the chips are down.Being on the receiving end of a social snub causes a cascade of emotional and cognitive consequences, researchers have found. Social rejection increases anger, anxiety, depression, jealousy and sadness. Look at rejection as a stepping stone. When you do, you realize that those difficult experiences helped lead you to other successes in your life. Specifically, it highlights habits, actions, or thoughts that you can improve on. It helps you shift your focus from how you messed up to how you can become better.
