Because if you try to talk to them with words the will not understand but if you use sign language the will understand I think??
Answer:bc it is Deaf/HOH culture. hearing people who are not part of their culture do not have the right to give out a sign name. Sign names are very meaningful in Deaf culture as they are given to people when someone becomes part of the community. if you want more in depth explanation about what sign names are, u can add a comment to my response.
