I tore my Lingual Frenulum(attaching tendon under the tongue). I wouldn't have this problem if I had my tongue-tie clipped when I was a baby(this is an actual medical condition). My tongue is in extreme pain and I cannot speak nor eat. How do I cope with this? Should I just snip it with a pair of scissors?
