Answers
5 9/16 - 4 1/2= 1 1/16 I got this because you have make the fractions denomenators equal to subtract them. Once you find how to make them equal you need to mutiply the top numbers the same as the bottom so you can make the new fractions that are equal to the ones before. Then you subtract them and the wholes as well. LOOK BELOW.....9 x1 9_ = _16 x1 161 x8 8_ = _2 x8 169/16-8/16= 1/16 of extra miles5-4=1 of extra miles1 and 1/16 of extra miles on monday

For any nonempty set $T$ whose elements are positive integers, define $f(T)$ to be the square of the product of the elements of $T$. For example, if $T=\{1,3,6\}$, then $f(T)=(1\cdot 3\cdot 6)^2 = 18^2 = 324$. Consider the nonempty subsets $T$ of $\{1,2,3,4,5,6,7\}$ that do not contain two consecutive integers. If we compute $f(T)$ for each such set, then add up the resulting values, what do we get?
