Answers
Answer and Explanation:1. Vera tells Mr. Nuttel the scary story, just for fun. She realized how much control she has over people when she lies and as a way to distract herself from her monotonous routine, she decided to lie compulsively and as discreetly as possible to see people's reactions and have fun at their expense. 2. It was wrong to deceive Mr. Nuttel, primarily because we should not use people for our entertainment, moreover, Mr. Nuttel did not have a nervous disorder that was aggravated by Vera's behavior and this type of disturbance is very agonizing and harmful to someone.
