for a, they are verticoe angles whichh means therere values are the same, and for b they are supplementary, so they equal 180 together, so the first it would be 5x-5=3x+5, and then you would solve and should get x=5, then for the other, 2x+4x+150=180,and you would solve it to get 6x=30,so x=5
